A note from LeandraI think of all the PaperArtsy designers, Tracy is the one who manages to pull a rabbit out of the hat in ways we least expect. For this release she is taking a look back to add value to existing products, for example a new stencil matches one of her earlier stamp sets, and a new stamp is designed to work with 3 of the existing 'face' stamps.
You may not be aware, but here at PaperArtsy, we do not discontinue stamps, stencils etc, so historic products are always available. When a designer brings old products back into focus, it is very much appreciated by shops, and consumers alike, it may well be that you already own a product, and now you can do something extra with it! That is a win win!
Tracy will be along to share with you LIVE these new products and ideas over in our Facebook Group, 'PaperArtsy People' shortly after this post publishes, and ...don't forget....these stamps can be found EXCLUSIVELY from our approved stockists. Check the list at the foot of this post to find a retailer online or geographically near you. It makes sense to order within your country where possible.
Our retailers also endeavour to join the designer's live to share their direct shopping links - this makes it super easy for you to find a store with product in stock immediately.
Hi Everyone Tracy here with you tonight
I'm sure you are all as excited as me to see new paints are here, so lets dive in an see what is new for this release! The paints are going to feature widely in the samples for my stencils and stamps, so lets jump in!!!
Fresco Paints by Tracy Scott
Price: RRP €5.26 +VAT
Size:50ml (1.7 fl oz)
Transparent Matte Tint, Adhesive & Sealant
Zinc is a lovely mid tone grey, As you know I love a bit of pink and grey - it's also going to be a happy companion for many of my brighter colours
Watermelon is a very pretty pink. Being a bit softer than other pinks in my range, it makes a perfect underlayer to put a bright translucent on top, or even a Mattint. This is not as opaque as the other 3 colours in this release, but there is a level of coverage that is going to prove useful when building brights.
Coastal, you might say this is a bit subdued, but wow is it a nice blue, and very opaque, which as you know, can be handy when you are starting out with paints. I think this will be a staple for me for some time!
Peach Fuzz , it might look like we are rocking the 1980's salmon vibe here, but bear with us, there is a plan! We do find that opaque paints are super useful as layers to build bright colours on top, and this is perfect for that. You can add my bright yellows and oranges on top, and suddenly a whole new world appears! But corals are so pretty too... wait until you see the flowers below!

Red Rubber Stamps (A5 set)

Tracy Scott - A5 stamp set 099 {TS099}

My first set for this release might, at first glance, appear to be a little bit of a wild card but as always there is a method to my madness.
As you know from previous releases I like to be able to alter my stamps so that they can be used for lots of different things and decided I needed an accessories set that could be used to alter my dolls stamps. There are 3 possible stamps sets th4at could be used with these 'accessories' TS093, TS083, TS019 as shown below
For example here are a couple of different options below, to alter my recent Geisha stamp from set TS093 and I think you'll agree she certainly doesn't look like a geisha anymore...
Using the Accessories stamp set multiple Ways
When I was live in PaperArtsy Poeple here, I explained how to make all these different personalities, with my Geisha stamp (TS093), and this new Accessories stamp et (TS099).
Making flowers from the Accessories
Look closely, and you will see how the bunny and cat's ears, along with the various flowers, bow and bits and bobs from the mask allow you to create all kinds of embellishments.
Tracy Scott - A5 stamp set 100 {TS100}
Can you believe this is stamp set 100?.... I'm feeling very blessed to still be here designing stamps that I and hopefully you still love...
Of course there had to be flowers involved somewhere and these doodled blooms coordinate perfectly with my previous releases as well as a stand alone set.
A new doodled dragonfly that has been drawn and sitting on my desk for the last year waiting for the perfect elements to complete the set.
You may notice that this one will also coordinate perfectly with the previously released butterfly, flowers and swirls on set TS081 (below) so grab this back out of the drawer and create a whole new host of pages.
Making new Dragonflies and Flowers
Again, in my Live introducing these products, I shared how using the Butterfly set above, and the new Dragonfly, plus other flowers etc, allows you to create a whole range of new combinations for new bugs and new flowers.
Tracy Scott - A5 stamp set 101 {TS101}
For quite a long time now I've wanted to do another Egyptian themed stamp set to coordinate with the existing set TS060 so that I could grab that one back out and create a whole new host of projects. I am thrilled with there result...
A very regal cat, obviously a scarab beetle and wings needed to be in there somewhere, as well as another very useful flower and some smaller hieroglyphs.
Exploring combinations
Once again, look at what is possible! Playing with your stamps this way can open up a whole new world of combinations.
I've used a mix of both of the sets in this sample and also threw in an altered Geisha stamp as well.. I absolutely adore the result.

PaperArtsy Stencils {Large}
Price: RRP €6.58 +VAT
Large Size: 6.25" x 9.5" (16 x 24cm)
Robust mylar designed to offer longevity, deep texture and easy clean up
PaperArtsy Stencil by Tracy Scott 474 {PS474}
So this one definitely was a curve ball..... Im on a bit of a mission at the moment to be able to reuse my previous stamps and stencils in different ways and one of my favourite stamp sets ever is TS024 which is the scribbled square flower set (you can see in the picture below) So how could I enhance it so that I could grab it back out of my stash and use it in another way?
Primarily in the past I have always used that stamp set as more of a background set and never really as a focal set....
So this new stencil has been designed to coordinate with this stamp set to be able to add colour effortlessly to the design and create stunning focal elements for your pages.
Of course it still works independently as a stand alone background stencil and you can see in the page below that not only have I used it to colour the flowers. but also in the background design.
This is going to be a very useful stencil for sure.
PaperArtsy Stencil by Tracy Scott 475 {PS475}
I don't think I need to say too much about this stencil.... we all love a circle right?
Well I certainly do and I can never have enough in my stash, these are perfect designs to add into any background on a journal page or equally at home on a card or scrapbook project, whether using paint, grunge past, inks or embossing powder this one is always going to be a winner that comes out to be used over and over again.
PaperArtsy Stencil by Tracy Scott 476 {PS476}
So my last stencil for today.... Of course there was going to be a mandala somewhere in the release.
I designed this one so that it could not only be used on its own but could also be rotated to provide a full mandala for your projects.
The additional shapes on the stencil can be used on there own (you can see examples of this on the new paint swatches h samples at the top of the page) but are designed so that you can extend out the mandala to c create a larger size (this will certainly extend out to a 12x12 inch scrapbook page realistically could even been extended out further for larger home dec or projects or canvasses.
The shapes in this stencil are also perfect to use as a template to trace for cut pages and projects.
I really hope that you have enjoyed the new release today, please do not forget to join me for the live release video over on the Paperartsy People Facebook Group for many more samples and ideas of how to use this new release.....
Can't wait to see what your create
