A note from Leandra ...
As the year end looms ever closer, we thought it might be smart to go small. Smaller stamps means smaller prices too! What's not to like!
Sara Naumann is a mixed media guru who can turn her hand to almost any style, and these products reflect her love of vintage, texture and nature.
We know that this time of year you may well be looking ahead to Christmas, and we think the dinky size of these products might make the perfect stocking fillers for your crafty friends & family, or who knows, you might be making an advent calendar for someone very special.
If you would like to see this release revealed, and the numerous samples Sara has created, then head on over to our Facebook Community PaperArtsy People at 20:30 Paris time when Sara will be LIVE in our Facebook Group, 'PaperArtsy People'. You can also find the replay pinned to the featured posts at the top of the PaperArtsy People Facebook group.
These stamps are ONLY available EXCLUSIVELY from our approved stockists. Please check the list at the foot of this post to find a retailer online or geographically near you, it makes sense to order within your country where possible.
Our retailers endeavour to join the designer's live to share their direct shopping links - this makes it super easy for you to find a store with product in stock immediately.
Hi everyone, Sara here! I'm excited to be back around the PaperArtsy Blog with a new release of mini stamps. I really love this smaller format and find them so easy to mix and match, not only with each other (as you'll see!) but also with "older" stencils from previous releases, which I'm using on the samples you see below.

Eclectica³ Mini 129 by Sara Naumann (code: EM129)
Seeker
I found this phrase scribbled in an old journal I had made ages ago, and really like the sentiment as a card message or for those who do art journaling or ATCs. And, I love that the words can be snipped apart so you can use them separately too.
To
start, I used a paint scraper to apply a combination of Mattints and
Fresco paints to Smoothy cardstock, letting some of that white show
through.
After stamping, I stenciled with Grunge Paste through some of my older stencils, PS364 ("Harlequins") and 323 ("Alphabet").
Artful Journey
This is another one of those super-useful stamps that can be used in its entirety, stamped as a background element (stamping this both vertically and horizontally to fill a whole background would look great) — and, as with EM129, you can snip the words and phrases apart.
From my painty, Mattint-y background, I stenciled with PS145 ("Circles"), again using Grunge Paste. But then I wanted to add the stamping on top, so I stamped it onto PaperArtsy Blank Tissue and used glue to decoupage it onto the surface. That means I can add the sentiment on top of the textured stenciling.
To make sure the stamping ink doesn't bleed when I decoupage on the tissue, I heat-embossed it first with matte clear embossing powder.

Dokumenta Daydreamer
I found this pretty floral in a stack of old botanical books I came across at a local flea market. I love the delicacy, and how you can either opt to stamp it in a single color, or color it in as I've done here.
The
background is a favorite postcard image of mine, and then the words
"the artful journey" (covered up here) are at the bottom — and perfect
for adding to other projects... like the sample above!
The image was stamped and clear-embossed, so painting in the blossom and leaves didn't result in smeared ink!

Seeker/ Daydreamer
I can't resist the combination of a postmark with some background text, especially with a botanical image discovered at another flea market.
The word "daydreamer" is another one of those super-versatile words, since you can use it whole or snip it apart to say "daydream" or "dreamer" too.
More Grungy stenciling, this time with PM027, or as I call it, "Commas".
Imagination Butterfly
Butterflies! I love them! Talk about versatile: Stamp them, fussy-cut them, layer them, have multiples on your project, lift the wings with foam tape... soooo many ways to use a butterfly image.
So I didn't do any of those things on this sample — but opted to stamp and paint in the wings with Mattints instead. Don't worry, though... you can see a dimensional butterfly on my box top and inside the lid, at the end of this post.
Stenciling here done with PM027 "Commas" plus PM031, "Wonky Xs".
Where does the word "imagination" come from here? It's part of another stamp in today's release!

Carte Postale
Another botanical flea market discovery... and another image that works really nicely when simply stamped, or painted in.
This stamp has lots of possibilities for orientation — this sample is turned a quarter!
I've
also used the Carte Postale from PM133 and then stamped just the
Dokumenta word from that same stamp on tissue and glued it next to the
image.
Fairy Tales Journey
Here's another sentiment straight out of one of my old journals!
I also stamped and clear-embossed this onto tissue, making it easy to add as a layer on top of the stenciled background.
More "Xs" and "Commas" stenciling here, along with a portion of PM030 ("Journey").
I'll Borrow From Imagination
A sentiment perfect for readers and dreamers!
The PaperArtsy Tissue has become a real staple in my stash — I find it makes creating a multi-layered piece so much easier, and removes a lot of the guesswork when stamping onto a textured surface.
Plus, you can add additional elements — here, I tissue-stamped, cut out and glued the postmarks from EM132 as accents.
So what to do with all of these fun little cards? Well, you could use them as greeting card focals or add them into a journal or on a tag... I thought a box of inspiration might be a nice thing to have, so that's where I've stashed mine!
It's below:
A stash of inspiration cards — for a friend, or maybe for you?
Side note confession: I was *very* excited by this project... perhaps a bit too excited, as I didn't really measure the box so well before decorating. The cards fit inside, which is great, but I can't close the lid. Hmmm... lesson learned!
I hope you enjoyed the samples and ideas today! Thanks for popping by and I hope you can catch the Facebook Live launch, either today or on a replay. I can't wait to see what you create with these stamps, so please share your creations — it's always thrilling to see the different interpretations.
A big thanks to the PaperArtsy gurus who create such high-quality stamps and stencils (mine do take a beating so I love that the quality is outstanding) and the Grunge Paste, paints and my new obsession of tissue paper. You guys are amazing!
