NEW PA Products {Feb 2016} Fresco Chalk Acrylic Paints

Hi Everyone,

Leandra here with some amazing new Fresco Chalk Acrylic Paints to show you! This is our final day of new releases, although we have kept some new products back for later in the month when we exhibit at the ICHF 'Stitches' trade show Feb 21-23, NEC. SO there is more to come very soon!

Tonight it's all about Fresco Paints. This year we decided to make space for 24 new Paints, but as we have discontinued 5, there are actually 29 changes to report....you'll need to concentrate.....

There are 10 BRAND NEW COLOURS, 8 are chalk paints....most of these all fit within families of 4, excpet coral which goes into the 'randoms' camp....

(check out the colour chart at the foot of this post to see where they fit)

And we realised that we just HAD to have some more metallic shades, so White Fire (very like the White Fire Treasure Gold), and Copper were invited to the party. They make nice buddies for Gold and Pewter!

So we have brought back a number of favourite limited edition paints....you know the ones, Caribbean Sea, Bougainvillea...15 of them !! Some of these go into the 'randoms' category, but a few fit into the re-jigged families...

We also brought back a couple of discontinued paints: Very Berry and Baltic Blue, and Limelight is now a 'random' too. You will see how they all fit together soon in the chart below....

We had a few casualties too that are now discontinued, so we wave a fond farewell to: Vintage Lace, Blood Orange, Green Olives, Holly, Spanish Mulberry...

So here is the new paint chart which we have been shipping out to retailers the last few weeks, and moving forward, as usual, we will send these out in all of our online retail orders via www.paperartsy.co.uk .You can also pick them up from us at the shows we attend in 2016.

OR, you can download a copy at this link.
Perhaps its just easier to watch the video to see what is new....

All of these paints are available to order NOW from our stockists.

If you want to learn more about Fresco Paints, check out the 'classroom' feature on the blog sidebar.

Mostly love the alterations to the paint families and a few of my favourites are back. Only one real disappointment is the loss of Vintage Lace....really love that colour! As Gabrielle says I'd best try and get a few bottles, lol!

It has been an amazing week Leandra, thanks to you and Mark for your hard work with the scopes and the designers and their teams for their wonderful artwork. Congratulations to everyone on a fantastic release of new stamps and paints.

Hugs
Lesley Xx

I'm so pleased to see some of the limited editions are now available singly. Particularly Bougainvillea and Caribbean Sea. I'm going to have to buy up all the Spanish Mulberry I can find because I love that colour too. I love the look of Zucchini and coral. Exciting new colours to try. Obviously I will buy them all.

Love vintage lace! It's great for painting faces. Will have to stock up. Good excuse to get back in the art saddle...it's been too long!

I will need to mull this over and compare some of the new colours with the old ones. There are so many in the range it shouldn't be difficult to find a shade that suits ! Bit sad about blood orange though...

Still salty about Blood Orange but will forgive you because I'm loving Zucchini, coral, caribean sea AND the gorgeous pinky purple..the name has gone out of my head. ..but I have it in my clutches...mwah ha ha ha Zaza. Great week. This is the cherry on the icing on the cake. Lx
