Winter Arches {with Lynne Perrella and Hot Picks Stamps by Etsuko Noguchi}

Hello, It's Etsuko here, I'm very happy to be invited to the PA blog today. I'm living in a small town called Saga, in  the west of Japan. A year and a half ago, I was very shocked when I saw a youtube PA tutorial by Leandra. It was exactly what I wanted. I've been crazy about the PA stamps and Fresco paint from that time.

This evening I am showing a project made with the lovely small arch

I first covered the whole of the arches with white gesso. I then started on the back side, I used South Pacific as a base coat and then Hint of Mint over the top of the Fresco Crackle Glaze I made the bricks with air drying clay and stamped HP1107EZ onto the clay, before leaving them to dry overnight.

HP1107EZ

I painted the bricks with Beach Hut and watered down French roast, once they were dry I dry brushed them with Snowflake and attached them using Golden Heavy Gel onto the back of the arches..I stamped the Lynne Perrella LPC006 tower onto some Heavy Smoothy card with Archival Jet Black, and I  added some silver glitter to highlight the texture.

LPC006

Here are the back of the arches all finished.

I then worked on the front, I sprayed first with the Fresco Beach HutThe second layer of the front was gold glitter mixed with Golden Heavy Gel  using Lin Brown's ELB006 stencil

I stamped Lynne Perrella LPC028, (lovely lady) and LPC004 (flowers) onto the Smooth White card I then colored these with water colour pencils and fussy cut them out.
LPC028,
LPC004
These colours were little bright so I used UTEE over the top, this toned down the colour a little and made them look more like proper embellishments. The  NOEL is Lin Brown's Christmas stamp collection ELB11 . I finished by adding some metal embellishments.
 ELB11 .

To use clay and gel medium was so much fun this time! And I'll  give it a go again!!
I hope you've enjoyed the project and I want see your beautiful things!!
Thank you so much.
