Shhh.. Sneaky Peeks! {by Darcy Wilkinson}

Hi Darcy here.  Today I am super excited to show you a couple of projects using my new stamps. As I type this they are in production and will be on sale at your favourite PaperArtsy retailer very soon.

Here is a sneaky peak at one of the plates..

My first project is using the oval wooden pencil box, I painted the base with Green Olives, Guacamole, Hey Pesto and Hyde Park, blending and layering. I then used crackle glaze and Nougat on the inside.

I did the same with the lid, using Space Cadet, Sky, Antarctic and Inky Pool.

I painted some tissue paper, using the same blues and greens, adding in some flicks of Very Berry.

I then stamped on the tissue using my new stamps and fussy cut the elements. These were added to the lid using matte glaze.

The inside and the base have other new stamps on them.

Project number 2, is a bouquet of flowers for my Mum, she has just moved house.

I took a piece of Chatsworth paper and formed it into a card blank, with a curvy, shaped edge.

I created a bunch of flowers on smoothy card, using my new stamps. Then I folded a piece of scrap paper in half and drew an S shape onto it, making sure the S had a big bottom lol once opened this forms the template for a vase. I then decorated the vase with more new stamps, some Beach Hut Fresco.

I hope this has whet your appetite, I can't wait to see what YOU make with them.

Darcy x
