Welcome Back Helen Chilton

It's a huge welcome back to Helen Chilton this week, we think she has to be the UK's most experimental crafter! And that is a really, really good thing! Because she finds out things we wouldn't think to try.  And, of course, we are absolutely thrilled to have her back.

This week, among many other things, Helen is exploring all kinds of ways to work with Crunchy Waxed Craft Paper, and her projects are totally fabulous. There will be a smattering of Portfolio Oil Pastels, some stitching, a splash of paint....and even a double sided project. Lots to look forward to, and lots to get your teeth into.

However, we have a slight change to the schedule because its a BIG WEEK COMING UP at PA HQ. As some of you are aware, once a year the UK has a trade-only show, where shops go to source all the lush crafting goodies they are going to sell in their shops. That show opens this time next week at the NEC, and we, PaperArtsy will be showcasing a LOT of brand new products to out wholesale only customers. The show is Sunday through Tuesday next week atthe NEC, Birmingham. Its name is Craft Hobby and Stitch International (aka 'Stitches') and we are located on stand A40, with the lovely coffee area opposite - kind of like having our own lounge in front of the stand!

So the latter part of this week (Thursday through Sunday) we will be devoting blog posts to all our new product releases, yes we have new Designers with brand new Rubber Stamp Collections....but that's not all....there is lots of NEW....NEW.....NEW..... yes go on, you can squeallllllll !!! Many of you already know on twitter, I have been squealing rather a lot in the last month....and I'm absolutely DYING to spill the beans on all the new stuff we have coming. Just a few more days to wait, and then that time will be upon us and you are going to LOVE it all I am sure.

BUT, the excitement starts tonight!!! In order to make space for the excitement at the end of the week, we are starting Helen's week early, so her first post goes out tonight....errrr very soon...probably by the time you get to the end of reading this post!!

But before we do that, we need to announce the prizes from last week (more excitement)...and think ahead people ! ..... If you participate in the challenge this coming week, you will be able to select BRAND NEW RUBBER as your prize this time next week!! OMG Don't miss out on that chance will you! So without further ado....

The random winner #1 from last week's first draw (every single linked entry) is: Sue

Random winner #2 (selected from one entry per person linked) is: Minxy aka Nicky

Congratulations! Please email Leandra sales@paperartsy.co.uk with your stamp choice, and your snail mail address!

Hi, I hope this is ok, it's Saturday evening and the linky has ended, maybe it meant to be, but if not here is my link http://kezzyscraftyjourney.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/paperartsy-inspiration.html
I will check back tomorrow to see if it's open. I had great fun playing today, especially with kraft wax paper and I used UTEE over it which works fantastic as well. All the new stamps are gorgeous, I have a list a mile long lol, mind you the craft barn sent out there newsletter last night with the new designer Sue so I got to see them a bit earlier oops.
And a huge thank you to Helen she is an amazing artist and I love portfolio oil pastels now lol
Happy Crafting :-) Kezzy xxx

Oops, the linky has ended already. A bit early, or did I miss something in this week packed with great news from PA?? Anyway, I loved Helen's masculine project and made a tag that might look familiar :-)
