How about a mini {workshop} this week?

This week coming up we are going to the Sandown Exhibition Centre. The Stitch and Creative Crafts show is on there for 3 days, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 17,18,19 January, 10-5 daily.

We have room on the stand to teach mini workshops to 5 people at a time. The workshops will vary in time, price, and project. Each day we will off 2 options (morning or afternoon). Every day the workshops will be different.

To book you will need to come to the stand first thing as the show opens, and pre-book your place. We are stand number P29

Afternoon: Fresco Shadows (£8)

Friday 18th January

You will really come to grips with the versatility of Frescos, the different ways to apply wet and dry paint, how to get colours to work well together, and the fun of painting texture. Bring an apron if possible.

Afternoon: JoFY on the Wall (£12)

2:00-3:00, 3:00-4:00, 4:00-5:00

Saturday 19th January

Morning: Petite Framed Flowers (£12)

10:15-11:15, 11:30-12:30, 12:45-1:45

A bit of a fiddly, diddly one, and quite a lot of cutting out, so bring you scissors! But it's oh so pretty. Painted frame with a Treasure gold scallop frame, decorated with painted, stamped and cut out JoFY flowers. It's all about keeping the colour simple, and learning how to shade with fresco acrylic paints. Oh and it helps to be quick at cutting out! Otherwise you'll be taking this one home to finish.

Afternoon: Crackly on Canvas (£12)

2:00-3:00, 3:00-4:00

There are a few tricks to using Crackly tissue paper onto a canvas, if done properly, it looks like you have stamped directly onto your canvas and produced a perfectly beautiful image. On this workshop we will learn how to stamp on crackly, how to paint it and apply it to a 4x4" box canvas. Accented with Treasure Gold.

So there you have it, we really hope you can make it to the show this coming week, remember its Thursday to Saturday, at the Sandown Exhibition Centre, Surrey. It's going to be nice to have a different format to usual with all these classes on offer, so we'll see you there!

They look great, I'd love to do each of them. I'm sure they'll sell out very quickly.
