Well how time flies! A perfect Christmas Eve treat for you, grab a mulled wine, and enjoy this the final blog hop with StencilGirl and PaperArtsy. These creative ladies have excelled in sharing so many fabulous ideas! We truly hope this kicks off a bunch of creative ideas you might like to try yourself. Tonight's gurus are:
First this evening we have Kay Carley
Kay says: I love how by using different types of stencils you can create such depth and interest. I particularly enjoy combining them with stamps.
I know that I will be using all of the stencils that I chose to work with here a lot more in the future too as I purposely chose quite generic ones that can be used with a variety of imagery :)
Visit Kay's blog to see all the steps of her project.
Next this evening we are joined by Emma Godfrey
Emma says: I'm so excited about this blog hop as stencils are my all time favourite tool. I find them so versatile and the StencilGirl stencils are an absolute dream to work with. Add those together with PaperArtsy's fabulous Fresco paints and some Archival Ink pads, and it's a match made in heaven!
As you can see, I love building up lots of layers on my art journal pages ... and it always amazes me just how much depth and interest you can create with just a few supplies.
Please visit Emma's blog and leave a comment.

Now over to our StencilGirl guests, first up we have Cindy Gilstrap
With the new year approaching I needed a small inspiring notebook that I could fit in my purse. So I got busy with some great products from StencilGirl and PaperArtsy and created this cute and easy notebook cover.
I love how the stencils from StencilGirl combined with the Paint and Stamps from PaperArtsy! The paint works wonderfully with the stencils and I love how translucent the bright Fresco Paints are so you can still see all the detail of the stencil and stamp layers beneath the paint! I can’t wait to show you how easy this inspiring little notebook is to make!

Karen says: I had so much fun working on this collage piece for the blog hop with StencilGirl and PaperArtsy. I love both of these companies so getting chance to work with them was a dream come true.
The fine detailed work on the flowers really gave me a chance to focus in on the piece and enjoy the process.

Thanks for joining us over the past four evenings, I hope you will agree that our designers and guests all did an amazing job. PaperArtsy and StencilGirl products work brilliantly together. Hopefully we have inspired you to have a go combining all these amazing products. Darcy and mary have borne the hard work in making this hop come to life, so a massive thankyou to them for their dedication in coordinating such a wonderful idea!
The break between Christmas and New Year is our traditional time to chill out and look back at the amazing art we have seen on the PaperArtsy blog over the last 12 months. This week we have a few curators who have chosen a few posts to highlight. Something to look forward to while rubbing your bellies with your feet up!
We hope you enjoy the reminder of 2016, and perhaps you might be inspired to create some kind of end of year project now that the silly season is so very nearly done and dusted for another year!
