Let me introduce you to my new release this time.... I have 3 large stamp sets, 3 stencils and 8 minis giving you lots of creative options .......
Tracy Scott Red Rubber Mini Stamps
Price: RRP €4.90 +VAT

All stamps are individually trimmed onto cling foam
All of the minis this time will work equally well as stand alone stamps but will also coordinate perfectly with the 3 new larger stamps sets of this release.

Tracy Scott Mini 25 {TSM25}
I adore a paisley design so decided to include one in this round of minis. This stamp will work perfectly on its own to create a background or focal point but also coordinates fabulously with my new floral set (which you will see more of further down the page) and also my previous stamp set TS064 creating a multitude of options.
Script stamps are always super useful and a Chinese script has been on the list for quite some time now.... Its a perfect mark making mini for an oriental themed page or project for sure.
I had already decided that one of the minis had to be a tassel and had originally intended that it was only to be used as a tassel.... but you know me and once I start playing around I usually find another use.
After stamping into my composition notebook (if you know me you know I do this with all new stamps to see what they can do!) the idea of flower petals emerged onto the page.
I proceeded to stamp onto gold and claret painted cardstock and once cut out assembled into a large pop up flower for my page by combining with the new florals from set TS091 (see below).
As I said, a lot of my minis this time can be used on their own or combined with other stamps, for this sample I combined the Chinese knot mini stamps with other minis to create a hanging tassel for the envelope at the front of my Dylusions journal. How cool does this look?
Tracy Scott Mini 29 {TSM29}
Another addition to the oriental designs is this one showing the Chinese lucky tokens and infinity knot.
Now of course these can be used to coordinate with all the other oriental design minis (you will see these used also in the sample from the Chinese knot mini above) but they work great as pattern stamps and flower centres.
A really simple design and quick to make but I think it turned out beautifully.
(did you recognise that the flower petals were made from the paisley mini stamp TSM25 shown further up the page?)

Tracy Scott Mini 30 {TSM30}
So the last 3 minis for this release are all based on citrus fruit, and the idea for this initially was to coordinate with my various tile stamps that I've released over the years. I felt the citrus would add a Mediterranean vibe, however they work so well on their own too of coursse, I adore the way these have turned out.
First up the humble orange.....

My second citrus based mini stamp of course had to be lemons..... well you can't have oranges without lemons can you?
Tracy Scott Mini 32 {TSM32}
Of course the last mini had to be citrus segments - these have worked fabulously in my background on all 4 cards and also as part of the focal element.
For these cards, I used the orange and lemon and also created limes and pink grapefruit.
I am so in love with this set of cards.
Next up on my 'to do' list is to make an art journal page with these.

Tracy Scott - A5 stamp set 089 {TS089}
Oriental inspired designs have been on my to do list for a long time and I felt now was the right time - although I still don't think I got all my ideas out in rubber in one go!! (watch this space for sure !)
So usually you all know me and I throw every colour under the sun at a project but the oriental design of this stamp set screamed a more monochromatic pallet with a hit of colour.
I love black and white, adore grey and am excited by red with that combo and really felt that the oriental theme really lent itself to this colour combo.
For this page design I decided to go for an oriental screen design, keeping it simple and elegant, cutting into my page to create the screen and using the various elements in the stamp set to extend the focal image into something bigger to suit the page.
Anyone that knows me already will be well aware that I love a square, I love a tile and I love a stamp that I can make lots of patterns from and this set most definitely hits the brief...
Also as I've already said how fabulous will these tiles look with the citrus minis?
For this sample I've tried to use some of the stamps in different ways, who would have thought that the tassel would make the most amazing floral central element???
How amazing do those tiles look in gold against that dark rich background ?
For this project those tassels really are the star of the show and create the most amazing floral focal image.
Tracy Scott - A5 stamp set 091 {TS091}
We all know there will not be release with out some sort of flowers in there somewhere...... so here it is.... I've done Indian henna style flowers before and I really feel that this set is going to be invaluable on its own, or in addition to the previous set (TS064)
I played around with the colours of the Mattints for this one... they really lend themselves to using them as a base layer and adding some additional colour on top....
These stamps are just fabulous and easy for masking off and creating fantastic layered designs

A flower stencil is always a winner right?.....
I just love the detail in the one, I felt that it coordinated really well with the flower design stamp set this time (even though this was not deliberate I promise)... I'm not that clever for sure!!!!
Of course this stencil can be used in. the regular way... but you know I like to show different ways to use my products... so for this one I've used it as a doodle template, I added the basic outline to my page and then proceeded to doodle to my heart's content....
I really enjoyed playing with this one in a different way...
This one was purely designed for the backgrounds, I absolutely love a swirl and am always looking for new designs of this nature for under-layers....
So for this background I decided to stencil the swirls onto the page and then mask off part of the stencil and use just a part of it to add some gold foil to make it really pop....
PaperArtsy Stencil by Tracy Scott 433 {PS433}
I needed a stencil to coordinate with the oriental style stamps and thought what better way to go the Chinese symbols on a larger scale.....
As these are large symbols they really do add significant details into a background, filling up a page really quickly...
The stencil coordinates perfectly with the oriental design stamp set and really does add some real wow dimension and detail to your background....
