Beautiful
bursts of colour from Keren showcasing Jo's new stamps. I love her use
of white and colour in such a striking way, and the projects shown here
range from interior decor through to a fast card. Lots to love! ~

A stockist list is here (remember we always put a list of current approved stockists a the foot of the designer's post introducing their new stamps). here is a reminder of Jo's new stamps for March, announced yesterday.

Hi everyone,
It's Keren with you today showing Jo's new set of stamps and stencils. I loved them that much, I got a little carried away and did two projects instead of one, using only one base that I split into two too!

JoFY
stamps always have such character. They're so elegantly quirky! I
wanted to produce a frame using the leafy stamps from JoFY 75. Just by
cutting around the edges of the stamped images it creates a grid to add
the flowers onto.
If
you aren't into fussy cutting, you could add the stems behind a frame. I
absolutely adore the big blowsy blooms. They are really dimensional
which is why I kept the colouring simple and added some depth using
alcohol markers.
Jo's
images are a delight to add colour to. You can make them bold or
subtle. I added some colour pop using scrunched up thread in bold
colours!
You
can see the incredible detail in each image- so much to add colour to,
but she's also left enough space for those of us who love a little
doodling!
The second project was using JoFY 74 and this time I used the inside frame from the shadow box that I used in the first project.
The stamped and embossed leaves have a floral feel to them too. Watercolour'ed up they look so beautifully delicate.
I love the way they can look so different. In fact, they're like doughnuts and I even spied a fried egg in the first set ;-)
Lastly, a super quick and easy CAS card using her third set; JoFY 76. The sentiments make a fab background!
I chose a grey ink for the background so it really doesn't detract from the sketchy florals. Love how easy it is to make a card.
Just a few watercolour spots here and there and call it done!
The dimension and doodled details combined with the text, make for such versatile stamps. You will totally love them!
Thanks for joining me today, I hope you have a creative week.
