Wishing For Santa
Supplies
PaperArtsy Stamps XM1, XM2, XM3, XM4
Adirondack Inks x 3 colours
Archival Jet Black Ink
Baby Wipes
Black card, white smooth matte card

German Scrap
Brads
1/16" hole punch
Ribbons
Tag or white background panel
Heat Tool
Scrap white card
Stipple Brushes
Craft Mat

Step 1: Create blocks of colour onto the background panel and feature panel. Dip a wadded up baby-wipe into the ink. Dab off the excess onto your craft mat, and then apply the ink directly onto the white card with vertical or horizontal strokes. Build up the colours in blocks as shown.

Step 2: Over-stamp each block in the same colour using background stamps such as words, numbers or texture stamps. You may need to mask neighbouring squares to protect them.

Step 3: Stamp the little girl onto the scrap card in black, heat set the ink and then stipple her with a colour of your preference. Adhere to the feature panel.

Step 4: Embellish with German Scrap, Stars & brads, ribbons – stapled. Layer to black cardstock.

Xmas Tag

Supplies

Ranger Distress Inks 2-3 colours
Archival Jet Black Ink
Craft Mat
Cut n Dry Foam square
Water

Tag
PaperArtsy Stamps XM3, XM4
Ribbons, staples

Step 1: Use the cut and dry foam to sponge 3 colours of ink onto the tag, the darker the ink the better.

Step 2: spray water into you right hand to make a pool, and then flick the water onto the tag to leave large droplets on the card. Use a heat tool to dry off the water and develop the bleached out spots.

Step 3: Over-stamp in jet black ink the ‘to/ from’ tag. Heat set ink.

Step 4: Stamp the word block from XM4 around the edges of the stamped image. Mask the stamped tag, one side at a time, and sponge more colour up to the stamped to/from image. This will make the image ‘pop’.

Step 5: Embellish with stapled ribbons.
